Refund Policy

1. Overview

Sledge provides immediate access to software, automation tools, AI-powered workflows, and infrastructure upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital services and associated processing costs, all payments made to Sledge are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or required by law.

By subscribing to Sledge, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees, including monthly and annual plans, are:

  • Non-refundable once charged
  • Not eligible for prorated refunds
  • Not refundable for partial usage or unused time

Once a billing cycle begins, the associated fees are considered earned.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions to Sledge are billed on a recurring basis.

  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month
  • Annual plans renew automatically each year
  • Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date

By subscribing, you authorize Sledge to automatically charge your payment method for all recurring subscription fees.

4. Usage-Based Charges

Certain features of Sledge incur usage-based costs. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • AI processing and token usage
  • Document ingestion and data extraction
  • File storage
  • Third-party integrations and API usage

All usage-based charges are non-refundable once incurred and billed based on actual usage of the platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop automatic renewal for future billing periods
  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing term (monthly or annual)
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused time

For clarity:

  • If you are on a monthly plan, you will retain access until the end of your current monthly billing period
  • If you are on an annual plan, you will retain access until the end of your annual term

After your current term ends, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.

6. Account Deletion

  • Users must cancel any active subscription prior to deleting their account
  • Account deletion is not permitted while a subscription is active
  • Once a subscription has been canceled, the account may be deleted at any time

7. No Guarantee of Refunds

Except where required by law or explicitly stated in this policy:

  • Sledge does not guarantee refunds for any reason
  • Dissatisfaction with the platform, failure to use the service, or failure to cancel prior to renewal does not entitle you to a refund

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Sledge support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Loss of access to platform data
  • Additional administrative or recovery actions where permitted by law

We strongly encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
