Every date in the company, on one calendar
Bills, invoices, contracts, waivers, insurance, schedule tasks, job dates and pay runs each keep their date inside their own record, so there was nowhere to see the week ahead in one go. Master Calendar reads sixteen of those sources at once and puts them on a single timeline, by month, week, day or year. Filter it down to one project or one status, and add reminders for the things no record covers.

New
- Master Calendar: a company-wide timeline over every dated record, with month, week, day and year views, filters for group, status and project, search, and standalone reminders.
- Workspace › Tasks: a tracker with six views, including a board you drag tasks across and a crew load view. Tasks carry lists, sections, custom statuses, dependencies, checklists, comments and attachments. The same tracker runs company-wide or filtered to one job from its Tasks tab.
- Job Costing spreadsheet view on the Project Budget page: one sheet with a frozen cost-code column, a totals footer, drilldown to the transactions behind any line, and an Excel mode. General conditions is a cost type of its own now.
- Contracts V2: rebuilt contracts and prelims screens, plus a templates section.
- Support used to be a mailto link. It is an assistant now: Sledge AI answers from your own data and hands the case to a person when it cannot, and that person's replies land back in the same chat. Images, video and voice all work in it.
- Bids and Opportunities pulls live federal construction solicitations from SAM.gov into Bid Center, so nothing gets re-keyed out of a government portal.
- Employee reimbursements: an out-of-pocket expense records what the company owes the employee and settles when you mark it paid, so writing the check weeks later no longer books the same cost twice.
- A bank deposit matched to an invoice can be confirmed into a real payment, partial payments included. The payment method is read from the bank description, and undo voids the payment before releasing the deposit.
- Export to CSV and XLSX across the rest of the app: AR invoices, lien waivers, change orders, statements, jobs, RFIs, daily logs, closeout, people, docs, submittals, pay packages, cost codes, budgeting, AP bills, and every Bid Center screen.
- Fraud screening on inbound card payments.
- Create a project directly from a contract.
- A guided tour of the AI Agent home page.

Improvements
- Onboarding asks five questions about your business. Only the company name is required.
- An ACH debit checks balance and account ownership before the money moves.
- Retention and AR Invoices redesigned on the shared v2 components.
- Notifications about a processed bill link straight to the bill.
- The sidebar collapses on its own inside a record, so detail pages get the full width.
- People entries carry an emoji icon.
- Sledge AI stays beside the tour card in docked layout, and the Tutorial Guide's card has an animated outline.
- Images and static assets are served from a CDN.

Fixes
- Sledge AI no longer shows raw markdown asterisks while a reply streams in.
- The tour's direction arrow shows on the last step.
- Profile pictures upload, and show up in the side menu.
- The expenses page no longer crashes in an infinite render loop.
- Signing in and signing up with Microsoft work again.
- Documents no longer get stuck in processing.
- Sidebar behavior and responsive layout fixed across the app.
- Pay package options load instead of erroring.
