Raz Danoukh comes from three generations of construction. He built Ferrocrete Builders in Los Angeles from a one-man operation into a multi-million-dollar contractor, and experienced the same challenge at every stage.

As the company grew, the work multiplied across crews, jobs, paperwork, and systems. The bottleneck was never building the job. It was running the business behind it.

Sledge was built by people who have lived that reality firsthand, from estimating and scheduling to change orders, lien waivers, and accounting.

Third-generation builder with 20+ years in the field. Raz grew Ferrocrete Builders in Los Angeles from a one-man operation into a multi-million-dollar concrete contractor he still runs today. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from UCLA and leads Sledge's strategy, industry positioning, and relationships across LA construction.

Engineer and operator who turns messy real-world workflows into clean, scalable systems. He holds a master's in engineering from Johns Hopkins and built the original Sledge prototype. Matteo owns execution across the company, from core platform architecture to go-to-market.

Product builder with 10+ years turning 0→1 ideas into real, scalable systems across AI, SaaS, and digital platforms. The last startup he worked at is now valued at $1.2B.
